What the hell is this that Oakley is selling?

I bought some sunglasses on the Oakley website a few days ago, and a lanyard, and I came across this:

What the hell is it? What would you do with it? Looks like something you’d go clubbing in, at one of those weird Euro-clubs or something where everyone’s popping ecstasy and licking each other.
As far as sunglasses go, there is NO beating Oakley for style, and ESPECIALLY lens technology.

i think its snowboarding equiptment. its like to make a statement i guess
