Sunglasses

Finding a good pair of sunglasses can give you and your eyes great service for a long time. As your grandmothers used to say, “you’ve only got one pair of eyes, so care for them well!!”

Many types of sunglasses are:

? Light adjusting sunglasses
? Over the counter sunglasses
? Polarized sunglasses
? Clip-on sunglasses
? Goggles sunglasses
? Rimless sunglasses

The sunglasses you purchase don’t have to be designer brands but they don’t have to be of poor quality that may damage your eyes from the sun’s UVA and UVB rays. When selecting a pair of shades, consult your eye doctor to what degree of darkness your lenses should be. The frame choice is totally up to you. Prescription lenses are either actual sunglasses with lenses designed for your eyes or come in the form of your regular eyeglass wear with light-adjustable lenses that transition from regular eye wear to sunglasses strength.

Depending on which activity engaged in—either driving, skiing, motorcycling or just chilling on the beach—the sunglasses that fit you don’t have to thin your wallet or cramp your look. What works is what’s best for your eyes. Many sunglasses as well as eyeglass wear are now rimless. If one sweats a lot or just wants a streamlined, less bulky look, rimless glasses are the pair to go with.
